At TTR Holidays, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.

Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
  3. Pack the product securely and ship it back to us.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • Customised or personalised items
  • Items marked as "non-returnable" at the time of purchase
  • Items not in their original condition or packaging

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
